Anterior–posterior reposition, indirect decompression, and fusion at L5/S1 using ALIF at L5/S1 with posterior percutaneous instrumentation.


Patient: 17-year-old with chronic, therapy-resistant low back pain and recently developed lumbosciatic pain.

The patient is doing well postoperatively, and neurological status remains intact.
