Day 3 Post-Op
Posterior–Anterior–Posterior Corrective Complex Revision Surgery after three failed fusion surgeries performed at two different hospitals.
The 28 years old patient is doing excellent and is already mobile from 1 Day post surgery.
Preoperative pain (severe lumbo-sciatic pain) has completely resolved.
He had been suffering from severe pain for the last 1.5 years.
Important Messages:
1️⃣ Spine surgery should be performed only by well-trained spine surgeons.
“All-rounder” surgeons (hip–knee–spine–hand–foot) are no longer the standard in Europe and the USA.
Sub-specialization is the key to successful outcomes.
2️⃣ Fusion surgery is much more than just placing screws and cages.
3️⃣ If you have therapy-resistant pain after fusion surgery, always seek a second opinion from a trusted spine surgeon.
4️⃣ Hope never dies.
If you have undergone spinal fusion and still suffer from severe pain or no improvement — I am here to help.
